July 2021 CU for SharePoint Server 2019

The product group released the July 2021 Cumulative Update for SharePoint Server 2019 product family. SharePoint Server 2019 is patched with a language dependent and a language independent fix.

The KB article for July 2021 CU will be available at the following Location in a couple of hours:

  • KB 5001975 – July 2021 Update for SharePoint Server 2019 (language independent) – This is also a security update!
  • KB 5001974 – July 2021 Update for SharePoint Server 2019 (language dependent)

The product group released the February 2020 Cumulative Update for SharePoint Server 2016 product family.

This CU also includes Feature Pack 1 which was released with December 2016 CU and Feature Pack 2 which was released with September 2017 CU.

September 2019 CU for SharePoint 2013 :



This CU includes all SharePoint 2013 fixes (including all SharePoint 2013 security fixes) released since SP1. The CU does not include SP1. You need to install SP1 before installing this CU.
The KB articles for September 2019 CU should be available at the following locations in a couple of hours:

  • KB 4484095 – SharePoint Server 2013 September 2019 CU
  • KB 4484093 – Project Server 2013 September 2019 CU
  • There was no fix released for Office Web Apps Server 2013 this month

After installing the fixes you need to run the SharePoint 2013 Products Configuration Wizard on each machine in the farm
